Come build your career with us!
Hej!
It’s Easter break and I am taking a few days off. Today’s email has only a couple of design roles at LEGO.
I have been at LEGO Design for 15 years now, and it still feels like I started just now. A few notes on why I enjoy it so much!
What It’s Like to Be a Designer at LEGO
At LEGO, you don’t just design toys—you design stories, systems, and moments of pure joy.
Every concept starts with play. But it’s also about storytelling. Each product needs to spark imagination and feel part of a bigger world.
You design for kids, parents, and fans across the globe. That means constant user testing—what works, what doesn’t, what truly excites.
There are constraints: you build within a modular system, to a price point, with scalability in mind. But those limits drive sharper ideas, not weaker ones.
You’re crafting experiences that are fun, smart, and built to last.
Design at LEGO isn’t just creative—it’s strategic, tested, and full of purpose! 🙂
Let’s get to the jobs then!
Concept Product Designer Talent Pool – LEGO® DESiGN (Billund, Denmark)
As a Concept Product Designer at LEGO, you’ll ideate and prototype original play experiences, characters, and worlds using LEGO bricks. You’ll work across themes and teams to shape early-stage concepts that inspire creativity and storytelling.
Product Designer Talent Pool – LEGO® DESiGN (Billund, Denmark)

I have a favour to ask today… Can you take 5 seconds out of your busy schedules and help me get Design Scramble into a few more inboxes? You can
1. Just simply forward this email to friends who you think could benefit from these emails, and ask them to subscribe
2. You could reshare these Linkedin posts?

→ Design Scramble Introduction post
Both of these things should take about 4 seconds (I timed it)… Help a designer out?
