“Failure is a gift…”

Failure is a gift. Seriously. Every time I failed, I got closer to winning.

If you never stumble, you’re probably not pushing yourself hard enough. Think of failure like the gym for your design skills—it’s uncomfortable, but it builds creatvive muscle. Every time you mess up, you learn, adapt, and refine. That’s how the best designers rise above the noise. So, when you hit a wall, don’t stop. Break through it, learn from it, and come back ready to crush the next challenge.

Every time you screw up, it’s like getting a little note from the universe saying, “Here’s how you can do better next time.” But instead of sulking about it, use that energy to bounce back harder. Think of failure as the secret sauce to your next success.

"Failure" is a word I can’t stand. It feels final, but that’s not what it is at all. It’s just one small step in the process—another part of the journey towards winning. Each stumble is a learning opportunity, not a dead end. So, forget about failure being permanent—it’s just a pit stop on the road to success.

Here’s how to flip it:
Fail forward: Don’t dwell, just adjust and keep moving. I know it’s easier said than done. The next point will help with this, cause it’s not about not caring and moving on, it’s about learning, so…

Analyze the mess: What went wrong? Did I not communicate it well? Did I actually not solve the problem? What was the feedback, like really try to read between the lines of what was said. Find the gaps and fix them.

Resilience wins: Keep coming back stronger every time! “

Setbacks aren’t the end. They’re the fuel for your next big win. Keep failing, keep growing and then, Stop “failing”
